Through no particular plan, I've spent most of my career in the Restaurant, Hospitality and Travel categories, with forays into Fashion and Healthcare. Along the way, my teams have won more than 150 awards for creative excellence. You hang around long enough, you get to do a bit of everything, I guess.

I've published 12 (count ‘em) books, including Shelf Unbound's Best Indie Novel of 2015. And I record, perform and publish my own audiobooks, podcasts and music under the name Optimism Delivers.
